Required Documents for Institutional Customers

Corporate/Institution that already have custodian bank

  1. Opening Account Application
  2. Face to Face and Interview Statement Letter
  3. Mandatory Supporting Document Required :
    - Copy Deed of Establishment and the latest Article of Association
    - Copy valid Business Licence issued by authorized regulator
    - Standing Settlement Instruction which contain SID and Custodian Bank Detail
    - Copy valid Passport of BOD
    - Statement Letter for availability cash and share
    - IUBO (Individual Ultimate Beneficial Owner)
    - Power of Attorney [only if necessary] with copy valid passport of Proxy
  4. Additional supporting documents [not mandatory]:
    - Copy latest Financial Statement Report
    - List of Management Structure 

 

Corporate/Institution not using custodian bank

  1. Opening Account Application
  2. Face to Face and Interview Statement Letter
  3. Opening Investor Account [choose only 1 bank that already appointed by PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia]
  4. Mandatory Supporting Document Required :
    - Copy Deed of Establishment and the latest Article of Association
    - Copy valid Business Licence issued by authorized regulator
    - Copy valid ID of BOD [Foreigner: Passport; Indonesian citizen: KTP]
    - Details IUBO (Individual Ultimate Beneficial Owner)
    - Power of Attorney [only if necessary] with copy valid passport of Proxy [Foreigner: Passport; Indonesian Citizen: KTP]
  5. Additional supporting documents [not mandatory]:
    - Copy latest Financial Statement Report
    - List of Management Structure

Opening requirements for foreign individual 

For foreign who lives and work in Indonesia :

  1. Opening Account Form
  2. Required documents
    v Copy of KITAS/KITAB (current)
    v Copy of PASSPORT (current)
    v Copy of TAX ID
    v Copy of Bank Account Cover
  3. others support documents:
    v Power of attorney transactions (if customers gives the the power to conduct transaction to second part)

 

For foreign who lives in work out of Indonesia:

  1. Opening Account Form
  2. Required documents:
    v Copy of PASSPORT (current)
    v Copy of Bank Account Cover 
What Documents Required to Opening Account for Individual?
  1. Opening Account Form
  2. Required documents:
    v Copy of ID identity (not expired):
    (for customer with job Housewife must enclose spouse ID Identity and deed family, while for student must enclose ID Identity of parents.
    v Copy od TAX ID:
    a. customer with job Housewife or student who don’t have Tax ID  must enclose Tax ID of her spouse for a Housewife or Tax ID of parents for students.
    b. for customer who don’t have TAX ID must fill out statement letter without TAX ID, with stamp.
    v Copy of Bank Account Cover
  3. others support documents:
    v  Power of attorney transactions (if customers gives the the power to conduct transaction to second part)
How do I get an Application Form?

Customer can download via the website : miraeasset.co.id​​​​​​​, contact the Call Center at 021 - 2553 1000 or contact your nearest OE. 

What if User - ID and / or PIN and/or Password have been Forgotten?

For client who open the account more than 1 year and not yet process updating data, than need to process update data first.

Documents update data are as follow:

  1. Form Updating Data [to be fill in completely and signed]. No stamp duty required.
  2. Enclosed supporting documents such as:

=> Indonesian Citizenship

  • Copy valid KTP
  • Copy NPWP (if any)

=> Foreigner

  • Copy valid Passport
  • Copy KITAS (if any)
  • Copy NPWP (if any)

Reset PIN and Password process will be done after update data process. Form changes Form need to be filled in and sign with attached supporting documents 2 copy ID such as Copy KTP/Passport and Copy SIM/KK.

All documents need to be send to our Headoffice with Up: CS.

How does the Process of Withdrawal of Funds ?

Fund withdrawal process in PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia is customer must fill out the instructions 1 day prior to transfer . How to fund transfer / fund withdraw :

  1. In system / online : through the menu funds transfer instruction and withdraw ( 0811 ) then input pin, select the date and input the nominal amount we want to withdraw. ( see the financial position in the columns available cash T1 , T2 , T3 )
    Notes: the customer is not able to do fund withdraw fully the amount of portfolio when customers  have an order buy on orderlist , even though the status order is still open . because the system will automatically reduce the nominal amount corresponding customer buy order at that time .
  2. Manually : Fill out the fund transfer form , and then fax to 021-5741443. CS staff will confirm to the customer via SMS or phone, when funds withdraw has been successfully delivered to the customer's account . if there is refund of funds ( returns ), customers will be in the confirmation by CS staff and CS staff will explain why the refund of funds ( returns ) to the customer .
    Notes : withdrawal can only be sent to an account in the name of customers themselves appropriate with the customer's full name that listed in the HOTS system, the fund transfer can not be transferred to an account in the name of another person without exception
